Dear Members

On behalf of the Club Committee, it is with great pleasure that we can announce the appointment of the club’s first General Manager.

Over the last 7 weeks the club has worked closely with industry specialists Contemporary Club Leadership Ltd (CCL), who have assisted the club to identify the candidates whose experience, training and expertise best match the clubs current and future goals.

The interview panel consisted of 2 serving members of the club’s committee, and they were in absolute agreement in their selection of Malcom Murray as the clubs new General Manager.

Malcolm has experience in the role at Brora Golf Club, and is on the road to securing the Diploma in Club Management through the industry body, Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE)

Malcolm is also a PGA Professional.

We look forward to welcoming Malcolm to the club at the end of April, when he will help the club through this busy and hugely exciting period in our history.

I would like to thank the committee for their support in helping the club make this important appointment.
